TECMADRY
Hydraulic waterproofing cementitious mortar, that prevents and eliminates damp both above and below ground level. TECMADRY® completely seals the surfaces it is applied to, and prevents water filtration under both negative and positive pressure conditions. Its ease of application makes TECMADRY® the best and the most economic waterproofing system on the market.
Due to its special formula, TECMADRY® does not alter the water vapour transmission properties of the

TECMADRY F

TECMADRY ELAST
TECMADRY® ELAST is a two-component pre-dosed product which is based on special cements and synthetic resins in emulsion. TECMADRY® ELAST gets efficient waterproofing on the surfaces where it’s applied, avoiding the passing of the water through them and acting in positive water pressure conditions. Besides, it’s high flexibility offers the possibility of bridging the possible cracks due to setting, thermal expansion, etc., keeping the waterproofing and protection of concrete. Allows transpiration of the support.
TECMADRY MILENIUM
TECMADRY® MILENIUM is a hydraulic cement based waterproofing mortar, single component, specifically designed to penetrate into the capillary network of the concrete and through a series of chemical reactions leading to the formation of insoluble crystals, sealing the capillary network blocking the passage of water therethrough and acting with positive or negative water pressures. TECMADRY® MILENIUM does not alter the conditions of exchange of water vapor of the substrate, thus allowing its natural transpiration.
TECMADRY R.P.A.
TECMADRY® R.P.A. is a cement-based waterproof coating which protects and decorates the surfaces to which it is applied. It requires the use of a trowel. TECMADRY® R.P.A. effectively waterproofs the surfaces to which it is applied, preventing any water seepage. Its ease of application makes TECMADRY® R.P.A. the best and the most economic waterproofing system on the market. Cement based hydraulic waterproofing material designed for preventing and removing dampness above and below ground water level. TECMADRY®CIMENTACIONES is especially recommended for an efficient waterproofing in concrete foundations and masonry, avoiding the passing of the water through them. TECMA IMPERAL P-2008
One-component polyurethane based waterproofing agent
DESCRIPTION:
Dampness-setting liquid waterproofing agent which forms a watertight membrane after curing. It’s been designed for waterproofing any type of terraces. The product may be applied above 0 ºC and with relative humidity up to 95%.
TECMA PAINT I-T
Monocomponent clear elastic coating, designed for restoring and waterproofing old or new terraces, balconies, etc.
Thanks to its excellent elasticity, toughness and hardness characteristics, the waterproofing are resistant to stepping and to moderate people traffic
TECMA PAINT TERMIC FAHRENHEIT 10.8
Water based coating incorporating hollow non-porous glass spherical particles of high purity and strength. Once dry, the product forms a waterproof and highly reflective membrane of the sun’s rays, with a high SRI, which contributes to keep the surfaces on which it is applied cold. TECMA PAINT-TERMIC FAHRENHEIT 10.8 forms an elastic membrane that allows the natural expansion of the surface on which it is applied, without cracking. Resists ultraviolet rays and avoids the damage that rainwater can cause. It also reduces the damages caused by corrosion and oxidation, providing a clean appearance and prolonging the life in the case of metallic roofs.
USES
Roof decks and roofs of fiber cement,tile, sheet metal, mortar, etc. Dwellings, industrial buildings, warehouses, livestock sheds of birds and sheep, pigs or cattle, external roofs of transport vehicles, trucks, buses, caravans, building sheds for electrical and electronic equipment, electrical cabinets and all those places where you want to eliminate warming of the Roof and lowering the temperature inside, quickly and economically.
TECMA ECO-TR
TECMA ECO-TR is a colourless and transparent coating formulated with highly elastic resin in aqueous dispersion, which offers excellent water resistance properties, weather resistance and excellent elasticity. The coating withstands large temperature variations, without losing its waterproofing properties or resistance. It is an organic product without volatile organic compound emissions to the environment.
USES:
As colourless and transparent waterproofing for unique areas in order to keep the original colour of the material on which it is applied: joints between tiles and chimney starters, hips, joints with the roof slab, joints between walls and tiled roofs, asbestos-cement roofs, cracked areas, spot restoration of acrylic waterproofing, etc. Its application does not modify the color of the material and gets embedded with the surface to be protected.
Not applicable on surfaces that may come into permanent contact with water or waterproofing that will be paved or submitted to traffic.
TECMA IMPERAL P-91
Monocomponent polyurethane waterproofing material, which reacts with air moisture forming a lasting and highly elastic coating with an aluminium colour.
TECMA IMPERAL P-91 provides heat and light reflecting properties thanks to the laminar effect of aluminium particles.
The product is designed for restoring asphalt and bituminous sheets as well as for other acrylic water borne waterproofing materials.
TECMA PAINT MRRE
TECMA PAINT MRRE is a two component product which is based on epoxy resins and selected aggregates. Is a liquid, self-levelling mortar, which is especially recommended for repairing and filling horizontal hollows.
STOP LIQUID
STOP LIQUID is a system of instant and permanent repair of leaking composed of a band of glass fibre impregnated with polyurethane resin which gets activated when submerged in water and a small sealant putty of epoxy resin.
IMPERMEABILIZANTE E88
IMPERMEABILIZANTE E-88 is a coating formulated based on innerly plasticised resins in aqueous dispersion, which offers the best properties of waterproofness, weather resistance and excellent elasticity.
The coating resists great temperature variations, not losing its waterproofing or resistance properties.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
As waterproofing for terraces, roofs, joints between roof and vertical walls, flat roofs, waterways, façades, fibercement roofs, etc. It should not be applied on surfaces which are to be in permanent contact with water or for waterproofings which are to be paved on top.

TECMA PAINT FACHADAS
TECMA PAINT® FACHADAS is an elastic coating designed to protect facades from humidity caused by rain, outdoor condensation, environmental humidity etc., as well as from the carbonation of cement surfaces. Its formula allows it to interact with the light of the sun, even on a cloudy day, leaving a coating which is elastic but not sticky – thus avoiding the accumulation of dust or dirt.
Thanks to its ability to bridge any cracks that may form, the facade’s waterproofing remains unaltered.
As the product cleans itself when it rains, it enhances the appearance of the facades and ensures they always maintain their initial appearance.

PLASTICONS
PLASTICONS is a mass admixture for manufacturing mortars and concrete, with a plasticising -fluidising character, supplied at a very high concentration. PLASTICONS, used as a mixture in the recommended dose, improves, for mortars and concrete, among others, the following characteristics:
* Increases mass plasticity, getting more workable mortars, and as a consequence, easier to apply with smoother finishes, without cracks.
* Reduces the trend of aggregates to disaggregate during concrete transport.
* Allows reducing greatly the cement/water rate when preparing masses thus giving better resistance for the same workability.
* Increases adherence of mortar and concrete to meshes, reinforcement and other surfaces, thus allowing for rendering and raisings, the application of thicker coats.
* Provides greasier pastes, so the mixing machines are cleaner, since there’s less adherence of the paste.
* Makes unmolding operations easier.
* High concentration, thus being inexpensive. With 1 litre of PLASTICONS we can treat up to 8000 kg of cement.
USES:
PLASTICONS can be used with any type of mortar and concrete base on Portland cement or similar, for works in floor slabs, rendering, in placing mosaics, terrazzo, tiles, roof tiles, etc.
SATECMA-FIBERS
SATECMA-FIBERS are fibres which have been manufactured with polypropylene virgin 100%, 31 mm long. They’re easily dispersed and are recommended for using in cement masses in order to reduce cracks due to plastic shrinkage.
