Evercrete DPS is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, clear, water-soluble liquid compound, which is safe and easy to use. Evercrete DPS outlasts and outperforms every other sealant on the market today. It is inorganic and based on natural minerals, affecting neither your health nor the environment. Furthermore, it can be stored for extended periods.
TS
Top Seal (TS)
Evercrete TS is a clear non-glossy one coat application water repellent that has the ability to extend the lifetime of concrete, natural stone such as sandstone or marble, paving, bricks and wood. It protects against the elements they are subjected to on a daily basis like rain, salts, oils, and chemicals that all wear down the integrity of these surfaces over the years and lead to unsightly stains from mold, algae and gradual decay.
Evercrete TS is a non-toxic, one coat application sealant that does not alter the color, texture, or any other physical characteristic of the surface to which it is applied, leaving a clear natural finish completely sealed and waterproofed and repel water off the concrete surface.
TSA
Top Seal Advanced (TSA)
Evercrete TSA is an enhanced formulation of Evercrete TS. By adapting and improving the original formulation of Evercrete TS, we now have a product formulated to deliver a much better concrete durability and increased quality product performance with more surface coverage and increased penetration.
Evercrete TSA remains to be a non-toxic, clear, non-glossy and one coat application water repellent but this time is enhanced with its ability to extend the lifetime of concrete, natural stone such as sandstone or marble, paving, bricks and wood.
EW
Everwood (EW)
Evercrete EW is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable, penetrating alkali activated silica aerogel that seals, hardens, and preserves most wood materials. It has the ability to extend the lifetime of most wooden structures and elements by hardening, preserving and sealing it for protection. Evercrete EW will improve the durability of timber against fungus, mold and insect damage. It hardens the surface, increasing both strength and abrasion resistance and does not alter the texture or other physical characteristics of the wooden surface to which it is applied. It also provides a prepared surface for better bonding of varnish, paint, and mastics and helps the wood to retain its natural color much longer. Evercrete EW is highly effective and versatile that is applicable to a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential work applications that meets the required needs of your construction project.
DC
Deep Clean (DC)
Evercrete DC is environmentally friendly, biodegradable and non-toxic cleaner. It is a multi-purpose concrete/stone/wood cleaner that is designed to clean and “etch” the surface simultaneously. Its primary use is to remove deeply penetrated oil stains and contaminated surface residues. It can also be used in full strength as an environmental alternative to muriatic acid and other acids for surface preparation and basic cleaning. Evercrete DC system is also useful on architectural surfaces for removing the gradual build-up of atmospheric grime.
PMC
Polymer Modified Cementitious (PMC)
Evercrete PMC is an integrated polymer modified cementitious coating, which can be simply achieved by mixing a pre-packed dry-mixing powder with water, and consequent painting the slurry on various substrates. It protects a wide range of buildings and structural concrete components with good resistance to water, aggressive chemicals, long-term weathering, and scratching. It is applicable for fixed structures subjected to long-term water immersion.
SL
Self-Levelling Overlayment (SL)
Evercrete® Self-Levelling Overlayment (SL) is a high quality pre-mixed cement-based self-levelling floor screed over concrete substrate. It can be applied to all concrete substrates and can be used for works in apartment units, shopping malls, offices, hotels and schools. It is free from casein and ammonia additives, thus is also suitable for use in contamination prone environments such as hospitals and food preparation or storage areas.
